Scholarship Opportunities
ASPMA Scholarships are available to all seniors. The application can be found at www.theaaea.org/page/408 all seniors are encouraged to apply.
Great Lakes National Scholarship Program is eligible for students that plan to enroll in a full time science, technology, engineering or math program field of study at an accredited two year or 4 year or vocational technical school. Major fields of study include mathmatics, natural sciences, physical sciences, biological/agriculture science, engineering/engineering technolgoy and computer/information sciences.
Social/behavioral sciences, medicine, health-related sciences and education are ineligible.
Students will eed to have a 2.75 GPA and demonstrate financial need

Holland Lodge scholarship is available for all students to apply and needs to be turned in to Mrs. Jackson by March 15 applications can be picked up at the counselor's office.
Quitman Alumni Association Scholarship applications are available at the counselor's office and need to be turned in to me by March 15.
The Cliff Garrison FCA Scholarship. Students applying should have 3.0 GPA and be active in a church group and prefer students involved in FCA. Applications can be picked up in Mrs. Jackson's office.
The Arkansas Chapter of Associated General Contractors' Education Foundation awards a $1000 scholarship to a graduating senior interested in construction or a related field. Applications can be picked up in Mrs. Jackson's office. Deadline is June 1, 2013
Fairfield Bay Rotary Club is offering a scholarhips to local area graduates. Applications can be picked up in Mrs. Jackson's office. They are due to Fairfield Bay by March 15.
Al's Formal Wear is giving out two $1000 scholarships. This is an essay contest. Applications and further information can be found at www.alsformalwear.com/SchoolApp and www.alsformalwear.com/Scholarship the deadline to complete this scholarship is May 31.
Any students that will be attending ASU Beebe and taking Agriculture classes there are some private funded scholarships for these programs. Please see Mrs. Jackson for applications.
Baptist Health Medical Center - Heber Springs Auxiliary Scholarship
$1000 scholarships are available for students who are planning to pursue or are presently pursuing a course of study leading to qualification in the field of nursing or health related professions. Applications can be picked up in Mrs. Jackson's office.
First Electric Cooperative- Is offering a scholarship to students that have First Electric. This is a $2,000 scholarship and they will be awarding 5 scholarships. Students need to have a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. Applications can be picked up in Mrs. Jackson's office.
Buick Achievers Scholarship is offering scholarships to seniors that are planning to major in a field that focuses on engineering, technology, design or business, th an interest in the automotive industry. Applications can be found at www.buickachievers.com
Best Buy is offering a scholarship to students grades 9-12. Students should demonstrate good grades, committment to community service and/or work experience. Apply at http://pr.bby.com
